Returns & Exchanges

Straightforward 30-day returns on all eligible items. Here's everything you need to know before you start.

The Policy at a Glance

30-day return window: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of your delivery date. Contact us before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorisation may be refused.

Condition requirement: Items must be unused and in their original condition — uninstalled, unmodified, and with all original hardware, brackets, and manufacturer packaging intact.

Fitment errors covered: If a part was shown as compatible in our system and it doesn't fit on arrival, we cover all return shipping and offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit — your choice.

Non-returnable items: Electrical components (sensors, ECUs, control units), custom-order or special-order parts, and items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

How to Return — Step by Step

Contact Us First

Send us a message with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within one business day with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.

Package the Item Securely

Use the original packaging where possible. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel. Do not write directly on manufacturer boxes. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside.

Ship with Tracking

Send the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions using a tracked shipping service. We recommend insuring high-value items. PJDM Motorsport is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit unless a prepaid label was issued by us.

Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive the item we'll inspect it within 1–2 business days. You'll be notified by email. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

PJDM Motorsport processes exchanges as a return + new order. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible and that stock is accurately tracked.

Initiate the Return

Follow the return process above. When contacting us, mention that you'd like an exchange and specify the replacement item. If stock is limited, we can hold it for you while the return is in transit.

Receive Credit, Place New Order

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a store credit or refund is issued. You then place a new order for the replacement — or if we've already agreed to hold it, we'll invoice the balance automatically.

Price differences: If the replacement item is more expensive, you'll pay the difference. If it's cheaper, the balance is refunded or held as store credit — whichever you prefer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged in transit: If your order arrived damaged, take photos of both the outer packaging and the item immediately, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund and file the carrier claim on your behalf.

Wrong item received: We'll cover all return shipping costs and dispatch the correct item as soon as the return is in transit. You won't need to wait for us to receive it first.
