Terms of service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

performancejdm.com is operated by PerformanceJDM (“we”, “us”). These terms apply when you use the site or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a part is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by PayPal; the payment options for your order are shown at checkout. If a part is listed at a wrong price, we’ll contact you before shipping, and you can confirm the correct price or cancel.

Product information

We try to describe every part accurately. Photos may show a different finish or option than the one you choose, and colors can look different on your screen. Specifications come from the manufacturer and may change.

Fitment

Fitment information comes from manufacturer and catalog data. Check that a part suits your vehicle and its setup before you install it; the fitment guide explains how. If we list a part as fitting your car and it doesn’t, we cover the return shipping and you choose a refund, a replacement or store credit (see Returns & exchanges).

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping policy, Returns & exchanges and Warranty pages are part of these terms. Parts are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty; we help you with the claim.

Installation, use and the law

Performance parts change how your vehicle drives. We recommend professional installation and an alignment after suspension work. You’re responsible for installing parts safely. Some parts are intended for off-road or competition use only. It’s your responsibility to make sure a part, and your vehicle once it’s installed, complies with the laws where you drive, including emissions, ride-height and equipment rules.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a part is limited to the price you paid for it, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as installation labor, towing, vehicle rental or damage to other components. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

California Proposition 65

Some products can expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. See California Prop 65.

Your privacy

How we collect and use your information is described in our Privacy policy.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
